I’ve always been struggling with my eyebrow routine considering I have pretty thick and dark eyebrows that are too short. Even after so many years, I still can’t make my eyebrows look presentable. However, I keep trying…
There are two products helping me in the battle. An eyebrow pencil and a gel. The pencil is the Clarins Eyebrow Pencil in the shade 01 Dark Brown and it’s double-ended. On one side you have the colour and on the other there’s a brush. It was a random purchase but I’m very happy with this product. The texture is dry, it’s one of the harder pencils but it’s really easy to use. It has a powdery finish that lasts all day and I think the colour is a great match. The only downside is that it requires sharpening but for me personally, it isn’t a big problem as it doesn’t need to be sharpened very often.
After shaping and brushing my eyebrows with the pencil, I set the brow hairs in place with the GOSH Defining Brow Gel in Clear. I believe it has a new packaging now though. The brush isn’t very big but it’s not as small as those of more popular brow gels, I think it’s the perfect size. The gel itself doesn’t make my brow hairs crispy, they actually feel soft but somehow they stay in place.
These are the two eyebrow products that I’m currently using. They’re not mentioned often by beauty bloggers but they’re definitely worth to try.
