I’ve been wanting to get my hands on these nail polishes for a very long time but unfortunately, they never arrived in Norway.
When my boyfriend brought Maybelline Forever Strong Pro in Rose Poudré to me from his trip to Denmark, I fell in love with the shade immediately and I couldn’t wait to try it. The colour range is the same as for the Maybelline Super Stay 7 Day Gel Nail Color and I believe the difference is only in the main name and comes from the different countries that the nail polishes are available in but correct me if I’m wrong.
The consistency of the product is not watery or too thick, it’s really nice. The application goes really easily, there are no streaks or patches. Dries quickly and looks pretty glossy even without a top coat.
This deep pink shade with a hint of brown needs two thin coats and you have the perfect nude nail colour.
Lasts only a couple of days on my nails, as I’ve mentioned before, I wash my hands too often and the nail polish starts to wear off at the top but many people can have it on for even a week! The short ‘life’ doesn’t put me off because I’m really in love with this elegant colour.
Why do I love this shade so much? Because this brown-y pink nail polish looks romantic but without being too sweet, it’s classy and chic but still fresh and you can wear it practically for any occasion. I think my November favourite Essie Sand Tropez has to sit on the bench for a while.
