Everyday Saviours

I’m away from the place I live in for a couple of days and I’m really happy that I took with me only what I really need.

But there are items that I carry in my bag every single day no matter where I am and sometimes they are literally saviours, so I decided to share them with you.

Water. I drink a lot of water, I just feel that my organism  needs water and there is definitely a difference in my skin condition when I drink less. It’s very important to stay hydrated.

Snacks. I get hungry every 3-4 hours, but like really hungry. Nothing can replace a good lunch but sometimes we need a little energy between meals. This one here isn’t the healthiest bar but I picked it because it has a lot of nuts inside, love nuts.
If there there isn’t a chance to wash my hands before eating, I always use antibacterial gel.

Lip balm. As a lip balm addict, I often carry at least 3 with me. I may not use lipstick for hours but my lips need to be nourished and I try to apply lip balm whenever I can. Here you see the Burt’s Bees Rejuvenating Lip Balm with Açaí berry that has Vitamins A, C, D and E, antioxidants and omega oils.

Concealer. We all use it for touch-ups during the day, gotta hide those dark circles. The one today is by Bourjois and it’s their 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream that I reviewed several months ago here.

Blotting papers. If you have oily or combination skin, you know the struggle. I like the Essence All about matt! papers because they don’t have so much powder that can go all over your clothes but they get the job done. The packaging is travel friendly and they’re super cheap (should have taken more from Germany).

What are your everyday saviours?
